'The Orangery', our 2 AA Rosettes Award Winning restaurant at Trefloyne Manor, serves seasonal dishes which have been created “with love, just for you”. Our chefs are passionate about using the freshest local produce, fish, and awarding winning meat, with menus changing quarterly.
This is why they carefully source their ingredients; with locally caught Fish and Lobster (from our lovely fisherman Richard) landed on the quay at Tenby Harbour, as well as across Pembrokeshire and South Wales, and our Welsh meat is selected by local family run butchers, or direct from the farm. To top it off, the vegetables are freshly picked from our very own gardens, over the hedge at the Ritec Valley Organics, or delivered daily by Hugh our local green grocer.
