Our chefs in the Trefloyne kitchen welcome the challenge to diversify dishes quarterly and also understand the importance of food provenance. This is why they carefully source their ingredients; the fish is landed locally at Tenby Harbour, as well as across Pembrokeshire and South Wales, and the Welsh meat is selected by a local family run butchers. To top it off, the vegetables are freshly picked from our very own gardens and over the hedge at the Ritec Valley Organics.
