The Orangery, our 2 AA Rosettes Award Winning restaurant at Trefloyne Manor, serves seasonal dishes which have been created “with love, just for you”. Our chefs are passionate about using the freshest local produce, fish, and award winning meat, with menus changing seasonally.
This is why they carefully source their ingredients; with locally caught fish and lobster (from our lovely fisherman Richard) landed on the quay at Tenby Harbour, as well as across Pembrokeshire and South Wales, and our Welsh meat is selected by local family run butchers, or direct from the farm. To top it off, the vegetables are freshly picked from over the hedge at Ritec Valley Organics, or delivered daily by Hugh our local greengrocer.
